Support would be carried out in 3 ways:
Telephone support is basically for simple questions or problems, Voitel technicians will guide staff through solving your issue!
Remote support is when you are having a complex issue, Voitel technicians will instantly connect directly to your broadband router or voip phone and repair it for you.
On-Site support, should your broadband go down / telephones go down, Voitel technicians would be unable to connect remotely and therefore would come on-site to repair the problem. Voitel support team will call to arrange a time. This will be done within 4 hours of when the problem is reported to Voitel.
On the rare occasion Voitel provide excellent support for their customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Voitel provides support for you 24 hours a day; Even with our network reliability, things can go wrong. On the rare occasion this happens, there are many ways we’ll be there to support you.
