If you use Voitel to call 999/112 then emergency services will be aware of the location address information of your primary office that you notify to Voitel; your extension location address information may not be provided to emergency services. If you move or use Voitel at a different address, you will need to give us up to date information about your new address. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your new address. If you do not update your address information then if you dial 999/112, emergency services may not know the address from which you are calling.
